Meet Ardi, our Visionary Co-Founder and Managing Director

With more than 20 years of experience working alongside people with disabilities and individuals from diverse backgrounds, Ardi brings both heart and strategy to everything we do at Socovery. As Co-Founder and Managing Director, he’s the driving force behind our vision—combining hands-on understanding with leadership grounded in empathy, integrity, and innovation.

Holding a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Commerce, and qualifications in Mental Health, Ardi bridges two worlds: the human side of care and the business systems that make great support possible. He’s walked in the shoes of frontline workers, supported participants directly, and understands what quality, person-centred service truly looks like.

Known internally as our CVO (Chief Visionary Officer), Ardi is always thinking big—developing new ways to make life simpler, more empowering, and more fulfilling for the people we support. Whether it’s improving internal processes, exploring new community initiatives, or shaping our long-term goals, his mind is constantly mapping out the next step forward.

But beyond the boardroom, Ardi is down-to-earth and family-focused. He loves spending time with his loved ones, playing with his pets, and exploring Melbourne’s incredible food scene—often bringing those shared experiences back into the way we think about connection, culture, and community at Socovery.

With Ardi at the helm, Socovery continues to grow with purpose—driven by a clear vision, a big heart, and an unwavering belief that everyone deserves to live life their way. 🌟
